The Friends of the Historic Union Community Hall, operating the Catherine Creek Community Center works to support the local economy in a variety of ways: employing staff, purchasing local, hosting small business events and training classes, providing's vendor shows and most recently initiating the Thriving Entrepreneur Program in collaboration with Oregon Community Foundation.
